Sautéed Fish Tacos
White fish in a Red Chili marinade topped with El Dorado Salsa served in soft corn tortilla.

Lobster Farfalle
Sautéed lobster, leeks, morals and tomatoes in a rich cognac cream sauce with white truffle essence.

Southwest Chicken Pizza
Basil pesto, grilled chicken breast marinated in roasted garlic marinade, mozzarella cheese, green onions, black olives and roasted pine nuts. Topped with parmesan cheese.
